So happy I moved out of here. The property manager Magda walked up my driveway way to often. She's noisey and doesn't smile.

I have lived in this park for nearly 20 years, to see all the changes both good and bad. Recently, this is a big change in the good direction, because Magda, the new manager, has taken on the role of lifting the park to a next level. I feel like I'm in a green and safe environment with all cozy cozy communities around. Difficulties for customers are difficult to achieve without endurance but I strongly believe that millions of steps are spreading in a good way.
The manager Magda is amazing. I had a chance to work with her the last few months and it was a great experience. She is very friendly, helpful, and responsive to residents as well as real estate agents. I wish all mobile home/trailer managers are just like her.
Very good management (Magda) turning this place around. Previously under different management the rules were not respected by any tenants. Magda is very good at addressing any problems you have.
Terrible Managment, Current Manager (Magda) from hell. Breaking California laws and violating tenant rights, does what she wants when she wants. If you even think about renting here don’t even think so. She abuses her authority as manager and threatens to kick you out for the littlest things and lacks knowledge of tenant rights.
