I went and checked out athletic trends due to their ratings & apparent knowledge of shoes. I have to say that I was totally happy with the amazing service, helpefulness, patience, and lack of pushing me to buy anything while I was there. Deb continued to bring out shoes as I continued to try them on and even relaxed them for a better fit...more than once! Michael showed an amazing breath of knowledge and understanding of how to get the exact shoe to fit for the right purpose. I use the treadmill and number of times and ended up with a fantastic fitting pair of shoes. Absolutely going back anytime I need something for running. this is one of the biggest reasons to buy at a shop instead of online and I appreciate it immensely. Thanks guys!
I made an appointment to see Lisa via a referral from my Podiatrist. While at the store we received glowing remarks about Lisa from two other customers. One customer comes from Gilroy. No hard sales, plenty of information and recommendations. Lisa also made time to work with my wife. There’s even a treadmill to try your shoes. Clean store, plenty of parking and places to eat. We left the store feeling that we had received Excellent service and happy feet. I would recommend sitting up an appointment.
I've been buying my running shoes here for several years and happily recommend them to family and friends. They're friendly, very knowledgeable, and not pushy. They carry great products for running and have a beautiful store with fair prices. Their personalized, very professional service (making suggestions based on analyzing your foot and stride - bring in your old shoes) is what impressed me most. Parking can be a challenge, but well worth it. This is how small business should work! Well done!! I am happy to support a family business like this, and they support my running better than any big box could.
