I don't like car dealerships! My wife walk to a very nice salesperson Samuel that communicates With my wife to get her what she wants. And even deliver the car to are home!!!! Wan I need to go to service send me Lyft home and back to pick up my wifes car!!!! I can say Samuel did much more and beyond to make us happy!!! He defiantly makes it easy and smooth experience Communication every time that my wife have a question she text him and get a reply :).

We purchased a used vehicle last week and had an amazing experience with our salesman Andrew. The experience at the dealer was great comparative to others we have had and we felt the whole experience was seamless. I originally was going to leave a 5 star review, but we discovered a minor issue with the car a few days after purchasing. I have hearing problems so could not detect it but my husband got in the car and realized a speaker was blown. He called them seeing if we could get in to get it fixed since they clearly sold us the car with this issue and we have had the vehicle less than a week, and the manager told us we should have purchased the extended warranty (even though I'm sure that wouldn't have been covered on that either) because they won't fix it. I'm not too annoyed by this due to it being just a speaker, but if this happened to be a larger issue I would be pretty upset know that once you drive off the lot they are no help.
