This is the absolute WORST PLACE. My brother had an appointment for 11:30am he got a call apparently at 8:30am. They lied and said they called three times and never left a voicemail. We arrived 5 min late and they wouldn’t let him take his COVID 19. Never coming here again until they better train their staff to respect people. Specially those that work for the city!!!!

Very rude staff, almost impossible to schedule an appointment at a time convenient for you, and once they call you in to see the doctor they have you waiting for 20-30 min. I called the insurance number on my card and had them transfer me to Valley Medical where I can easily make appointments, and not be treated bad by staff.

REALLY RUDE & THE LADY ON THE PHONE WAS A BIG B****ch They don’t assist you in a proper manner, I called b/c this is my regional clinic and I had questions towards a physical check and weren’t willing to help me out! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Not a good Clinic to take your baby's to called Friday to make a appt they take forever to answer the phone Left a message had to call back Monday still couldn't get a hold of the nurses took them till Tuesday to call me back had to schedule my son to the Clinic on bascom been going to this clinic for a year already and I never had a problem before? I'm surprised

Called and the lady in the phone was a straight B. Seriously called for questions and only said may is the next opening to any service needed. Are you kidding me? She never even found out the service I needed. Ridiculous.

Make sure to wait 3 hours on your appointments It doesn't matter if you have appointment, or not they will keep you waiting at least 3 hours
