I arrived 7 minutes late to my appointment and they told me that they could not attend me because I was late, and if I wanted to wait an hour or more, or they would change my appointment for another day, and when I arrived at the exact time I still have to Wait up to two hours, in addition to the despotas that the receptionists were carrying, he told me I do not have any appointments for his son today, and I told him that he did, and he told me again that he did not have any appointments.
