It was my first time here. I called over the phone and they were tremendously helpful with setting me up with an appointment the very next day. Once at the office, they were very kind and generous. They made me feel comfortable and offered accomodations. I've always had difficulty talking to normal providers about getting Prep but this center made it actually possible.

I recommend you go to a different Planned Parenthood because at this location the Nurse and the front assistance are very rude as you can see on the other common that they are unprofessional. I think they are very rude and just not the kind. you don’t want to be around these type of people. I would rather go where I feel comfortable and safe.

Good service a little slow. The. Front desk clerk could be more professional instead of running their mouth about clients. Very disrespectful of them doing so.
