They refused to see my father because he has Medicare and Medical, eventhough they could bill us for the 20% that Medicare doesn't cover, or even better write that off BUT I guess being gainfully employed rich DOCTORS (according to Valerie) ALL of the Doctors in this organization choose to not serve people who have Medicare with a secondary coverage they don't care about the financially struggling, disabled and or elderly people that need their services! So disappointing.

My first visit to hospital in United States and staff were friendly. Modern office with orthopedics and MRI facilities. Opposite has physical therapy centre.

Modern offices, friendly staff. Dr. Brody has been great so far. I can recommend him for hand-related problems.

Dr Gordon Brody has no time for his patient . I came first time and he did not have time to review my MRI and told he would call me . After 5 reminders and there was no returned call . I booked an appointment coming to his office with secretary . I am told come next Thursday . Arrive at the office ,I am told the appointment is booked for the following thursday! I go see Brody and his assistant and i am told that i am in his private space . He won t take 10 minutes to tell what kind of surgery i need while he has already reviewed my case. I am trying to get a surgery as soon as possible but just lost a month and half.., Additionally I had 2 surgeries with Dr Kao associate at Soar Clinic on 2 knees and it never changed anything . Both treatment did not made sense . DR Dilingam and Thabbit wanted to operate my shoulder while i told them pain was certainly related to my neck according to symptoms ... Once we checked my neck with another provider and did a cortisone shot the pain disappeared in my shoulder :))))).... I tried later also to work with the spine Soar clinic . Robert S. Millard, MD. Prepare yourself to see a Physician with GOD complex .Asked to Millard to do an injection in facet joint . He end up doing epidural while i had told him facet joint was the issue and the previous injections worked well. I came back few weeks after the epidural and i am told that if it did not work i can go see another physician!!!!! I had to pay out of pocket for facility during surgery and what i wanted was never done as asked .... By the way the facility they own is not in network . To add to this , the accountancy issues are countless I am done with Soar clinic and Soar spine. This is a supermarket with poor customer service . They do not care because the business is booming in Silicon Valley
