We had an AMAZING experience renting here from Avis. It was almost 40% less than the other company we chose, and the experience was so smooth when we booked online. The whole reservation was done on the Avis website, and pickup took less than 15 minutes. No extra hassle, just signing a few forms, checking the car, and that was it. The car was great, it even had Apple Car Play. Returning was super easy, we showed up a bit late and it was no problem. My girlfriend forgot her purse in the car but we didn't realize till getting back to our hotel, and the manager drove all the way to our hotel to drop it off. 5 Stars - I wouldn't rent from anywhere else, and I will look to AVIS first in future travels.

Avis made my vacation amazing. I booked to pick up at a different location and they updated my reservation directly at the airport (and 4 hours early) with no problem - direct transportation to the Avis location - and gave me a brand new rental car. The shuttle van driver did not expect tips and the attendants at the business location were not only friendly but extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They gave us a tourist map but updated it with new highways and beach pull -offs. Return was extremely simple - bring back the car, drop off the keys and jump in the shuttle back to the airport. Awesome experience, I will definitely be renting from Avis again!

Todo muy bien , auto, atención del personal Lun a Vi, solo al regreso del auto( sábado Matutino), dan por hecho que conoces el proceso de entrega (no entregan nada de recibido auto), por esto no les doy 5 estrellas. LA ATENCION AL CLIENTE ES LA PARTE MEDULAR del proceso de éxito de una empresa ( capacitación )

Es muy sencillo completar el proceso de reserva en linea (además de que obtienes un muy buen descuento por hacerlo de esta manera). Ya una vez para recoger el auto en la sucursal el trato del personal es muy bueno, el proceso de entrega es rápido y muy claro. El auto que nos tocó estaba en muy buen estado y no tuvimos ningún problema durante todos los días que lo tuvimos contratado. Escogimos la protección total y fuera de esto no hubo ningún otro seguro requerido salvo un depósito en garantía en caso de multas o de entregar el coche sin el tanque de gasolina lleno, el cual se libera al entregar el auto sin incumplir estas condiciones.
