Everything was better than expected. Brisket was spot on and the peach cobbler is the best I've ever had bar none! So close to 101, it's absolutely worth the stop for something with soul.

I wouldn't recommend this place for dinner. Its more of a little roadside stand which may be perfect for takeout. The meat comes ala-cart in a little basket and any side orders come in little plastic containers. Everything is packaged and priced separately. Kind of picnic style. Not what i had expected for inside dining. The meat we ordered (brisket and ribs) was excellent, but every side dish we ordered was beyond disappointing.
I am a HUGE FAN and I have been there several times since I discovered it a few weeks ago. The food is so good that my mouth waters when I think about it! The staff are really good at what they do. I have been waited on by Hailey several times and she is phenomenal! I worked with her today to cater a corporate lunch and she put so much care into all the details. They also have vegan and gluten free options, which is a huge bonus. Highly recommend!!!
Great place! Food and service were outstanding. Make sure to try the entire selection of barbecue sauces, all amazing.
I happened to look up places in this area and I went for the reviews. It surpassed the 5 star review. Service was phenomenal, pet friendly, they even got my dogs a water bowl. The pulled pork sandwich was so good and try the dirty bird fries...you are in for a real treat. We will definitely be back again when we are in this area.
Fries and service were great and quick, prices were reasonable, pulled pork was dry and beans were lukewarm.
This is the most quaint restaurant you can find. Fits right in the San Juan Bautista culture and the food is literally the best. I had the pulled pork sandwich and garlic fries and it exceeded my expectations. So amazing! They have a full bar, craft beer, and fine wine selection. I was so happy to find this hidden treasure and the owners are expanding the already impressive outdoor area.
Fun place with friendly staff. Our ribs were good but not great (a little on the dry side). The beans were just okay but the crispy fries were great. The menu is a bit on the pricey side.
