The contact number given is ALWAYS BUSY. I’ve been calling them for hours and when I talked to this CCA she told me she doesn’t know anything and asks me to call other Cebu Pac landline. (I EVEN CALL OTHER OPTIONAL CONTACT NUMBER AND IT IS ALSO BUSY) My parents are in abroad and supposed to be coming back to Manila tomorrow morning. There’s a super typhoon coming and there’s no announcement or even update if the flight is cancelled or not. I hope my parents will not experience again the last minute announcement of delayed flights or moved flights. They experienced it when they went to Thailand 2 weeks ago!!!
