After looking for a new home in NH for over a year, we came across San-Ken homes. My wife and I liked what we saw, we read about the family business and we contacted them. Kenny was our agent and everything said about him in prior comments is spot on. He is attentive, very knowledgeable in his field, and goes above and beyond ones expectations. The property our home sits on is very rocky and quite sloped. His crew built for us a most beautiful retaining wall. We love it! Any concerns we had during the process were immediately addressed and resolved. We had a home to sell and we were told by everyone that the home Kenny and his crew were building for us would never be ready in the time frame he gave us. Well, Kenny proved them wrong and not only was it ready, but ready a week early. We highly recommend Kenny. He will make the process of building your home an enjoyable experience. We built our new home with San-Ken just over a year ago and we absolutely love it. We have had several new homes built in the past, but this has definitely been one of the best experiences we have had so far. Kenny and his team are extremely professional and will go out of their way to make sure you're happy. Even a year later, Kenny and his team are very responsive to me if I ever reach out to them with any questions. We were so happy with San-Ken that I actually referred my brother to them. He has since purchased one of their homes as well. They build a high-quality, beautiful product and I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new home.
