I placed an online order and UPS lost the package. Spoke to Big 5 customer on 3 different occasions and they were very helpful and professional every time. They provided a refund. I located the items in a store and customer service called the store and asked them to hold the items for me and give me the sale price I had originally paid on line. Manager in store gave me an additional 10% for the inconvenience. The gentlemen in the back who brought out other shoes for me to try on was amazing and so helpful. Everyone was fantastic. Will definitely shop there a lot more.

Big 5 for an adult is like a toy store for a kid, actually I went through pretty quick. The store is very well managed, I was directed to what I needed instantly asked the young man for a small container of bb's payed and was on my way, that easy. I recommend Big 5 for all your sporting needs because the workers are polite, respectful and efficient and all the merchandise they carry is nothing short of great!

As always good prices great selection. The management took away one of the shoe benches for who knows what reason. And posted a sign only one customer on the multi seat bench which made shopping extremely inconvenient for several customers to be able to try on their shoes. It took forever I ended up sitting on the floor in a back corner trying on the shoes.
