This place was easy to find using Google maps. Street parking only. To go orders only. Pace was unorganized with boxes and stuff everywhere. Shrimp dim sum was delicious.

Good place for takeout only. Small, but efficient. Staff was quick to take my order on the phone and ready in 15 minutes by the time I arrived. Dim sum was flavorful, not greasy. Shrimp dumplings were delicious. Parking available right in front. Cheers!
The dim sum here is so fresh & delicious! I like that they aren't too heavy with sauces. Definitely worth a try
This place was absolutely awesome. Girlfriend and I ordered some fried shrimp balls, shrimp dumplings, and some pork dumplings. Our whole meal was like 12. The man at the counter was incredibly nice, the food was fast, he even brought it out to our car since we were parked out front and there wasn’t anyone in line. Got home and the food was delicious. Going to stop here every time I’m in the east bay from now on!
Excellent hole in the wall dim sum spot on bockman. Reasonable prices and really good dim sum. Har gow, siu mai, sia pao, sticky rice and beef roll were all fantastic.

Wow, my wife and I had the best dim sum in years from Dim Sum House. This restaurant blew us away, especially because it currently only has 6 reviews on Google Maps, and the restaurant itself is small, unassuming, and nearly a hole-in-the-wall. We can't wait to go back! And I just found out this restaurant just opened recently on 11/08/2020. We essentially ordered a sample platter of dim sum dishes so we could properly try this restaurant out for the first time. We've ranked everything we tried, and to make it easier to understand, I put the dishes into tiers. (Update: We've been there twice; we tried even more dishes!) Tier 1: Fried Glutinous Pillow Stuffed Sticky Rice in Lotus Leaf Wrap (we want more) Sesame Balls (amazing dessert) Crispy Fried Taro Puffs w/ Pork (oh-my-gosh delicious) Tier 2: Steamed Egg Yolk Custard Buns Honey Roasted BBQ Pork Buns (better than most we've had) Chinese Sausage Buns (excellent balance of meat and bun) Fried Shrimp Balls Shanghai Juicy Pork Dumplings (flavorful, but the skin is a bit too thick) Tier 3: Crispy Fried Tofu Skin Wraps with Shrimp (it was average) Taro Dumplings (we didn't enjoy this as much) Steamed Rice Roll with Beef Steamed Rice Roll with Honey Roasted BBQ Pork
Great assortment and perfect for a dim sum fix when all the teahouses are still closed for sit down dining.
