Awesome gym with lots of mat space. Great training partners of all levels. Always good vibes when training here. Manny is a great coach and friend. He’s very laidback and professional. I would definitely recommend his gym for anyone who wants to learn something new or just get in shape!

This is a wonderful gym to learn Jiu Jitsu and train in a welcoming environment. A balance between both gi and no gi, combined with the talented instruction by Manny, makes me eager to return to these mats. If you're in the area and are looking for a place to start training, or want a welcoming open mat, I'd highly recommend this spot!

Very clean gym. The culture was warm and welcoming and the instructor was able to teach at a pace I could keep up with. The morning classes at 6:30am give me a chance to get training done before work which is helpful with 2 kids. Super cool place.

Excellent new gym in San Lorenzo. Overall vibe is friendly, cool, and fun to train at. Manny is an excellent, experienced coach - he always takes the time to explain things thoroughly and is great with beginners and veterans alike. Definitely check it out if you're looking for a great spot to train.

I highly recommend this academy! Manny is an amazing instructor,the space is very clean and lots of open space for rolling and drilling! The open mats are so much fun and a great place to meet some cool people! Its a blessing to have this gym in the neighborhood!

Coach Manny is an incredible teacher. I met him a few years back when I was a white belt and he was a purple belt. Back then he was helpful, friendly, and made an impression on me early on my BJJ journey. While looking for a gym after this long pandemic, I was fortunate to come across San Lorenzo BJJ and see Coach Manny again. This place checks all the boxes for me when I was looking for a BJJ gym. The environment is friendly and you get very detailed instructions from Coach Manny that can help all types of BJJ practitioners from white belts to competitors. He has morning classes that fit my lifestyle and various times in PM with both Gi and No Gi. San Lorenzo BJJ has a great location, easy parking, clean gym, awesome atmosphere, and top notch instructions. It’s everything you would want from a gym and more! Come check it out!
