The sweet atelier was amazing! The food is delicious and the service is great, definitely the best breakfast in duquesa! They also have a bakery where we bought a pastry and a tart that look incredible, I highly recommend:)
The sweet is amazing, but the service is very poor. We asked for breakfast outside, because inside was hot and not so fresh as outside, especially in the morning. But she refused us, because supposedly it might be rain, but in fact there was no drop of the rain, we asked, ok can we drink coffee standing, without seat down but outside, the girl simply because of the principle refused. Sorry with the such attitude towards the client, even if it will be the most delicious desserts, we will never more come here for breakfast.
Top pastries and coffee in the area, and generous and creative breakfast plates. They draw the custom despite having one of the least prepossessing locations in the port. Make sure you arrive early in peak season to avoid disappointment and go for the pain au raisin. Also good loaves.
Have had several birthday cakes made there and they have all been absolutely gorgeous. Staff are very helpful and friendly
Better croissants here than any we've tried in France. Delicious breakfast with lots of healthy options to choose from. Everything is made by the owner, even the lovely selection of breads. Lots of freshly made juices to choose from and they serve organic coffee. This is only our second visit but we look forward to many more.
Best pastry and bread shop plus a good variety of cakes. Also the breakfasts are brilliant and cater to all tastes. Lots of nice smoothies too!
Wrote a review on Trip Adviser 12 months ago saying that the food was good but the staff were unwelcoming. Thought things might have changed this year so thought I’d try again. Sat at a table to be told it was reserved. It clearly wasn’t so I’m guessing that they hadn’t heeded my observations on their attitude and decided, rather than show a difference, was to bar me. Again. Food is great but staff unwelcoming.
