I can not even begin to say how amazing and wonderful Carol and her staff are. If I have any chance of getting one of TheChaseDog's pups to replace him as my service dog after his 10 years of 24/7 service to me, this is it. I will be forever grateful for all the help and kindness shown to Dad and Dog.
I used to work in Biotech, but I grew up around dogs. Carol took me in, gave me a job and a means to support myself. I can't imagine working anywhere else now. The clients are amazing and you can tell they really care about their dogs. If you need a place to get progesterone done, this is one of the few places left that do in house Progesterone testing. The staff's knowledge is outdone only by their helpfulness. Great team who all care about you and your dog and who have a massive knowledge base. Very kind, helpful, and skilled at what they do. I can't think of any business in any field that is so well run and well staffed.
