I long over due review. The service here was 10/10, came here during work for a quick eye exam. Justin and Alex were super helpful, Justin in particular helped me thoroughly choose the right pair of glasses that would help fit my face. I know I wasn't the most decisive and he was helpful throughout the whole process. I had such a good experience I brought my mom there a few days later and she loved the service as well. They take the time to make sure everything is quality and explained things very well when I had questions. If you are looking for a place to get glasses and have people care about you as a customer I would definitely recommend this place!

Just came back from Site for Sore Eyes in San Mateo to get two vintage frames that I have adjusted, because the original fit was too tight on my face. I saw Justin, and the level of service was outstanding! He and the other personnel were nice, knowledgeable and most importantly took extreme care of my frames. They adjusted them perfectly to fit my face without jeopardizing the integrity of the frames! Thank you guys so much!
Best place I've been to hands down! Dr Lin and the front desk receptionist are awesome. Got a same-day appointment! So knowledgable and helped me with insurance as well. Not only is she extremely considerate, it is clear she has a lot of experience. And, if you have any requests, she listens and accommodates.
Excellent customer service and quality eyewear at Site for Sore Eyes. Alex, Justin and Dr. Lin are all professional, knowledgeable and just really nice people. They are always welcoming and helpful, and I have been a very satisfied customer for 8 years. Justin even repaired sunglasses with charge that I had purchased 10 years ago from another store. A great place to go for your eye care and eye wear.
Went in today to get glasses fixed and Justin was so nice and fixed my bent frame in no time. He couldn't have been nicer. Would totally recommend!
