unfair treatment of employees that causes them to resign and causes the hospital to have lack of manning on nurses.hope they could see whats going on inside their institution.

Service is fine, cheap but not compromising necessary care for patients. Most nurses are friendly, a few are a bit stern which is totally understandable considering their tedious job. The building needs repainting but maybe they will renovate as they complete the extension of the hospital.
Great physicians receiving patients
Each and every section is worse except the Doctors. Pharmecy people always sleeping after 10 PM and extremly slow. Night sifht staff on 18- May 2019, I dont know why thermy are there if they cant do anything. i asked baby crib for new born baby they cant provide because they dont have, since bed is small for both mom and baby and mattress is soft. We have mouse in side the room 1st night i manage to kick him out. 2nd night on 18-may 2019 again mouse was roaming inside the room so i asked help from nurse who was on duty so first they said they will send some one. After 5 minute i went back and asked if anybody can come to help me or atleast give me stick or somthing so i can do something as mouse was under the bed, my room with baby and mum , full stuff wbich could damage by mouse and the reply from respected nurse, Sir on this matter we cant do anyting sorry so i show them video of mouse then suddenly they start to calll someone and untill someone come mouse dissapear. I came to this hospital because of Dr. Miranda as she is the beat in her practice however the management and other staff doesnt knw simply meaning of Hospitality and help. We paid 1400 peso per night but for private cabin after delivery of my son but the staff is totally disgusting.. All staff only watching TV andet the patient wait specially on Philhealth section, Nurse section 3rd floor either skeeping or watching TV. My wife supposed to have medicine by 12 Night so no one came to endorse and provide the medicine so i went to the Nurse station, 1 person was sleeping and other was on mobile so after i asked about medication they just check the file and ohh yah she have @12 and gave me medicone and told me to give this after food. And after 5 mi ute suddenly male nurse came to our room and asked me if i took other medicine also, i replied to him, he gave me 1 only as he was lost and confused went back and came eith new medicine and gave me, it was on 18 May mind night

St. Mattheus Hospital has a great service but the staff assigned in ER are not accommodating especially the guy in the emergency room. I've waited outside the ER for more than 30 min noted it was already 8 or 9 in the evening and few patients came. He did nothing instead he watched tv and let me stand in front of him, he never asked the reason why I came!! Your not even deserved for 1 star.
A bit affordable, no admisdion fee and we experienced staff
Super slow.. no cardio. You have to do a lot of walking within the hospital to swipe things.
