I got to know Reyes a couple years ago when he drove me, my sister, and her family from Mexico City to San Miguel de Allende. Since then Reyes has become a trusted friend. He is very very knowledgeable and makes every adventure entertaining and unique.

Reyes Ortiz, the owner of Airport Transfers and Tours is wonderful. A curious and adventurous individual, Mr. Ortiz has opened up the many possibilities of Mexico for our family. We have hired him got airport transportation in 2018 and 2020 and he is reliable and knowledgeable. Reyes knows where to get great food, sites of historical significance, great shops and special artisans all over Mexico and especially in the Bajia region of Mexico. Reyes never ceases to amaze us with his knowledge and humor. We have taken many day trips with him from San Miguel. Querétaro, Mineral de Pozos, Peña de Bernal and Atotonilco. He had helped us move houses because he has a big van and we have a lot of bags! Funny, educated, interesting and adventurous. You need Reyes. He makes everything easier, more fun and interesting. He had opened up Mexico to us and we are so glad because it is amazing. If you need anything or doctors or vets or scooter rentals ....anything, he can help you. He told us about wonderful paper mache classes by Hermes Arroyo Mojigangas de San Miguel . Hermes is one of the best mojiganga artists in the world. Reyes will help you find great experiences all over Mexico. We just spent 5 days with him going from San Miguel de Allende to Puebla-Oaxaca and Tlaxcala and we only like him more. Patient, funny, extremely knowledgeable. He took us to black pottery workshops, Talavera workshops, Alebrije workshops. Always on time and a person that makes you want to be a better person.
