after leaving things to be mailed the recipient found two things missing when it arrived to her. another box was poorly packed and arrived virtually destroyed.
The lady lied and said DHL doesn't deliver to me if I am here in sma. She told me they ONLY ship to other places and if i wanted something sent to my address here i had to use the Mexican postal service and i had no other choice. Racist much dhl?
Twice they've left delivery tickets at my house with only four (hand-written) digits of the ten digit tracking numbers. When I call the 800 number* on the ticket, my packages can't be tracked because the tracking numbers are incomplete. *Apparently the local office doesn't give out it's local phone number.
Good service but can get a little busy at times.
