Interesting, unique concept. Lactose & fat free liquid flash frozen and worked into rolls in front of you. The kids enjoyed it!
One of the best ice-creams I've ever had. The personnel is always very kind and the product has a really good size and the flavor is amazing, definitely a \Must\ in San Miguel de Allende
