My husband and I highly recommend working with Robin MacKenzie and are so grateful to have found her. A genuine five out of five stars. She's an all-around all-star. Over several months, Robin spent dozens and dozens of hours with us, diligently searching through the listings, digging up info on the listings we found online, and giving us first-time homeowners genuine feedback about the homes and neighborhoods we were looking at. Since we're a young couple hoping to have a family, Robin really took care of us and guided us through the homeownership process with honesty and integrity. While looking at homes, many of our friends recommended us instead to use \local\ agents or try to go direct. The truth is, I disagree with them because we were able to connect with Robin (who has a young family herself, a Sanmiguelense husband, and other relatives who live in San Miguel) on a closer level. Plus, she knows everybody and Realty San Miguel has a large and well-connected network. Robin also understood our requirements and concerns (which honestly were many!) and navigated our sometimes unreasonable expectations with grace. With Robin and Realty San Miguel, we really felt like we were in the best hands and at the best agency. We 100% recommend working with Robin. Not only is she extremely communicative, helping answer our questions at all hours and promptly, but she's just plain nice and caring. She worked hard to find the perfect home for us and will do the same for you.
