Easy to communicate with and a quick and painless process to move in. I provided a very detailed description of what I was looking for and Joan had exactly what I needed. Great pricing for a such a fantastic city, quiet neighborhood, and fully furnished apartment. As a voice actor and author, noise levels are critical to me. I have yet to hear neighbors playing loud music or letting their dogs bark for hours on end. The apartment came fully furnished, all the way down to pots, pans, silverware, towels, blankets, and bed sheets, along with an ironing table, iron, and clothes hangers. Daniel, the landlord, also paid attention to the details in the interior design of the property. Several studies have been conducted to measure the impact that one's surroundings have on the human organism. Being cared for in a beautiful hospital, for example, (as opposed to a medical center that's in ruins) provably reduces the amount of pain medication a person feels they need to take, and reduces their recovery time. The beauty of the apartment, without a doubt, will certainly improve upon my overall psychological well-being. As a traveling man, I have been to almost every major city in the United States, and plenty of small towns. San Miguel de Allende is the most beautiful little city I have yet to visit. Moreover, nothing beats healthy, organic Mexican food, and the warm and friendly attitudes of the Mexican people. I’m moving into my second home through them very soon, and once again they have made this process stress free and very easy! They have some of the best homes for rent at some of the best rates San Miguel has to offer! Trust me, like most of us I have scoured the Internet! Because this is my second home through them, I see that they definitely keep a company standard within all the homes they choose to represent. They have all been kind, efficient, and very attentive! I can’t wait to move into our new abode!!
Troy assisted us in finding the perfect rental for the price we were hoping for .He met with us several times to show us the house, he negotiated on our behalf with the owners, helped us complete the signing of the lease. He also provided a wealth of information regarding movers, how to handle the internet service etc. Troy is personable, detailed, very professional and patient. San Miguel Rentables posted our rental property with beautiful pictures and descriptions on a Friday and we had a signed two year lease on the following Monday!!! Joan, Don and Troy provide an extremely professional and valuable service. We tried at first to do it on our own and we were so fortunate when Joan contacted us and offered to help!
