Really be careful about buying here. Yes, it is beautiful and calm. But, the admins are a pain in the a**. Specially when they are approving construction. There is this woman \Kassandra\; no one knows why she works here but she feels she is the owner of the place. She doesn't approve and makes the construction process really tiring. Until they FIRE HER, I would NOT recommend acquiring anything in this place.

Course is well maintained. Clubhouse operation needs some improvement. Construction still going on around clubhouse. For the fees paid I would expect to be met on arrival rather than have to carry clubs to pro shop, with no proper signage or path to said pro shop. Staff and caddies are friendly

Moi Bristol ... Restaurant. Prime Rib as best you can get anywhere. Well trained staff. Food and atmosphere were a delite. A real pleasure to return again and again
