Enjoyed a lovely ' Big Boss' steak with brat kartoffle & salad with my friend Jenny after some retail therapy at the Boulevard. Will settle down later watching Strictly with my ' hug in a mug'. What better way to spend a cold Saturday evening.

Beautiful steak! Very accommodating! Asked for take away dessert (we were about to miss David Attenborough's Dynasties) and the lady who served us was brilliant
A great little Bar/Restaurant, tucked away up the Ramp going to the Horse Stables( thus the name ) behind Captain Morgans Bar, Eagles Nest. Predominantly German Cuisine a la Carte but currently running an excellent 3 course 'Menu del dia' for 9.90 with a choice of 4 starters, about 5 mains(the Schnitzels and breaded chicken breast all very succulent ) and a coice of Sweet or coffee. German beer, Veltins on draught. Excellent food and very friendly people. Highly recommended
Could be better. The food was not that good and the staff forgot things. We won't be back.
Good place to visit if you like German cuisine; Monday night is Schnitzel night, great value at 7.50.
