I went to the Apple Genius Bar with my iPhone for a battery replacement, which they said they could not do. At Fonotaller, they did the replacement while I took a stroll around town and voilá, my iPhone is back! Muchas gracias!
The first time I took my phone in was to repair the screen because I had dropped it. My fault of course. Unfortunately, I have taken my phone in a second time because over the weekend the screen on my phone no longer functioned. I went back to fonophone because they had changed the screen only 8 months ago. I was told the guarantee was for only 6 months. On top of that, I left my phone early this morning only to find out the guarantee was no longer valid. Why didn't they tell me when I came in this morning? That would have been a matter of looking at the receipt and not the phone. Because I have been without a phone for 5 days now, I had no choice but to leave my phone with them and pay 60 euros when the problem is the screen. Not my fault! In hindsight I should have taken my phone to apple. I am not sure I would recommend this place.

Vaya palo con esta tienda me he llevado hoy, 179 por un pantalla compatible de iPhone que falla a las 3 semanas y no lo cubre la garantia porque segun ellos tiene un golpe por dentro!! Su palabra contra la mia a pesar de explicarle que vendria defectuosa o se monto mal, pero eso era imposible, la culpa era mia. Una lastima que el pequeño comercio te atienda asi!
