For thirty years since I moved from Canada to marbella, it's been my restaurant of reference, I been looking ever since then for an alternative to change and it's been impossible to find one to replace it. I have tried many restaurants not only on the area but alongside the cost even Málaga, Caribbean has some good ones but nothing can compare with jewel of a place, if you are looking for food service and good prices, without any doubt this is the place. Just a note, my professional life is been involved around the restaurant business both in Toronto and also in Marbella. Now retired .

A lovely restaurant owned by the senora Maria who welcomes you with a beautiful smile.. We had for starters an exquisite pill pil then boquerones and of course chipirones which is fried squid.. All fresh fish and cooked in excellent olive oil. For sweet tiramisù and crema catalana highly recommended

Had a great meal there tonight. Though unfortunately I left my car keys on the table. When I returned later to ask if they had seen them, they were most unhelpful. All kept saying no they have not seen them. One waitress went to the bin to pull out a single sheet from it an unraveled it and showed nothing was there. I was almost begging them to look more and they just fobbed me off. I tried to speak to the boss in the kitchen and was chased out so rudely. I asked if I could look in the bin myself. He almost threw the bin at me in the middle of the restaurant. I went through the bin and low and behold there were the keys. Just walked out the restaurant and left the mess for them to sort out. Ain’t going back there again.
