I tried calling the branch multiple times for 2 days in a row during their opening hours but everytime the lines were busy. I also sent an email but have not had a response when I sent it 2 days ago. I can't make an appointment on the website so my only option would be to go to the branch but with covid restrictions this is a massive pain. All I want to do is talk to somone and the communication has been extremley poor so far
