Do not use this company. They just let you down. Tbey sent one man out to look at the problem who said it was a two man job. We spent a week trying to get them to give us a date and time to do the job and they just kept saying they would ring or they were trying to get a tool to do the job. We rang or called In to their office everyday and spoke with Maria. After a finally admitted they were not prepared to do the job. We are disgusted at the way we have been treated by this company.

Do not touch them with a barge pole. We agreed on a price for a certain model and on the day of installation they delivered and tried to install an inferior model. I spotted the cheat and cancelled the installation.
Solicité presupuesto de instalación de aire acondicionado. El precio era correcto, seleccioné esta empresa por las buenas referencias de otros clientes, pues tenía mas ofertas parecidas. Solo puedo felicitarles; soy un cliente exigente, pero atendieron todas mis peticiones, fueron puntuales y no tengo nada que objetar al trabajo, lo hicieron como les pedí. Una persona de nombre David atendió siempre mis llamadas Hicieron su trabajo y lo hicieron bien. Es lo que esperas cuando contratas, pero desgraciadamente no es lo normal, a día de hoy aun espero presupuestos que no llegaron y devolución de llamadas que nunca contestaron. En fin Daclima, gracias por vuestro trabajo
Rapidez en la atención al cliente de una manera muy amable y profesional. Un placer trabajar con ellos. Los recomiendo sin duda.
