So far pretty poor. A technician phoned yesterday after I had been to the shop as this is the second time in the last few weeks that I have no landline. (my internet is ok). He was supposed to be here at 12.00. It is nearly 3.00 now . WHERE IS HE. I know this is Spanish time but a phone call would not go amiss!! The ref. number is : I 60877859. Exasperated.
Pésima atención al cliente. En ningún momento mostraron interés en ayudarme.

No es Vodafone oficial sino una franquicia y la atención al cliente es un horror. Cuando vas a contratar todo se puede y todo es genial, cuando has contratado y estás con ellos ya empiezan los problemas y ya no ofrecen el servicio que querías. Vosotros mismos os buscáis el perder clientes.
Pedí una cita , porque es lo que dice aquí, pero al llegar con mi cita me dijo la chica que hace casi dos años que lo de las citas no valen. Luego el teléfono que indican aquí salta un contestador y es imposible hablar con ellos. Vaya desastre de tienda.
