Small but efficient full on VW dealership with a surprisingly relaxing aura. Knowledgeable salespeople with some local customers who appear happy. But I recently put my faith in their service Department to install an expensive audio upgrade, (which Safamotor supplied.) This has turned into a seriously exasperating experience, and after over 2 months it STILL doesn't work. Apparently they are unable to refund me for either the cost of the system, or its \workshop\ installation totalling 700. Please draw you own conclusions.

Emergency call out within 30 minutes. Although very busy took my car and fitted into their hectic schedule. Picked up after 6 hours and beautifully cleaned.
Most helpful I was unable to open my fuel cap. They did it very quickly even they y were closing for the weekend only 50kms in the tank
