DO NOT BUY HERE! I wish I could give 0 stars! Company doesn't honor warranty! I contacted the European Consumer Centre and they couldn't contact this company. Basically I have a very expensive piece of scrap metal that won't be fixed under the warranty, because this company refuses to do anything. DO NOT BUY HERE!

Do not order here! The company will not help when anything goes wrong with your product. My heat pump has developed a fault within the 2 year warranty period and the company is refusing to do anything to resolve the problem. Maybe you think I'm a very unreasonable person, but I asked them to send a new part so I can fix the problem myself. I didn't ask them to have the unit expensively transported to them to be fixed, or have the unit replaced. I just want a new logic board sent to me so I have hot water in my house again. So if you want to be sure you have hot water or cold air I wouldn't order here.
DO NOT ORDER HERE!! I have ordered a Daikin Altherma 3 Heatpump a Month ago and still waiting for the Device to be delivered. The Seller claims since a Week that he has sended it out, but was not able to provide Shipping Details. Every Day I asked for the Tracking Number. He repeatedly told me that he has send out the Device. Now I opened a Case at PAYPAL and he provided me a DHL-Freight-Information. But it only shows that it has been created yesterday but nothing has been given to DHL. As it is now a month that I ordered I get into real trouble. I try to get back my money. Don't order here if you want to buy at a Dealer who is reliable.

Lo recomiendo, mi experiencia fue positiva calidad-precio fue la mejor propuesta que encontré y la ejecución de los trabajos sin problema fueron serios y profesionales, estamos muy contentos.

Instalación de aerotermia impecable, vino Cesar y Semi dos maquinas trabajando, limpios, rápidos y muy profesionales. Sin duda los recomiendo además pronto volverán a realizarme un trabajo porque confío en su profesionalidades además la tienda online tiene los mejores precios.
Ayer, 04-06-2020, nos terminaron una instalación de un equipo de Aerotermia. La instalación fué perfectamente ejecutada, minuciosa, detallada, ni un solo problema no resuelto de forma eficiente por César y su ayudante Adrián. Mi mas sincera enhorabuena por su buen hacer, su cercanía y su disposición para hacer todo el trabajo de forma agradable y nada intrusiva. Un 10/10 Muchísimas gracias. Seguiremos en contacto.
