E-commerce of safe children’s products: a common view for SMEs, consumers and authorities e-COM 4 CHILDREN is a transnational project, funded under the EU Erasmus+ Programme, to develop ICT open educational resources on e-commerce of safe children’s products, such as toys, children’s furniture or childcare articles. This training will be complementary to another type of formal training on digital marketing: with the main target groups: industry related to children’s products (especially SMEs) consumer organizations, and the public authorities responsible for consumer affairs The e-COM 4 CHILDREN project is being carried out by a consortium led by the Technological Institute for Children’s Products & Leisure (AIJU, Spain), and formed by the Czech Toy Association (SHH, Czech Republic), the Università Politecnica Delle Marche (UNIVPM, Italy), the Associação para a Promoção da Segurança Infantil (APSI, Portugal) and the University of Alicante (UA, Spain). The project runs from October 2017 until March 2020. Three main products will be obtained during the project: TRAINING MATERIALS: compendium of lessons in video format, texts, photographs, activities, test questions, etc that combine theory and practice on the essential aspects of e-commerce of children’s products. INTERACTIVE COMIC aimed at the staff of consumer associations ADAPTATIVE MOOC: adaptative online open course, in MOOC format, where the training itinerary is adjusted to the characteristics of the students indivividually and their rhythm of execution to the student learning rhythm These intellectual outputs will be available in English, Spanish, Italian, Czech and Portuguese and all of them will be accessible through PCs, tablets or smartphones.
