The website is a little inaccurate where it says new patients are welcomed. I just explained that my usual doctor is on leave for 8 weeks, yet I was refused appointments for myself and my children. Perhaps you need to advertise your service is for existing patients only, as I was told by the receptionist over the phone just now.

Come in because of pain in my wrist asking for an X-ray on a previous street fracture, he sent me away with anti inflammatory prescription and no X-ray, went for a second oppinion and got the X-ray I'd requested to find out that in fact I have had another stress fracture would not recommend this doctor,
