This unexpected Venezuelan food serving bar in a small village near Santander near the ocean has fabulous Hallacas , Yucatan and fried plantain among many others. The guys were so helpful with my long gone Spanish language . 150 % friendly had breaky every morning there and drinks all local prices .

Sitio excelente para ir a tomar algo, sorprende gratamente. Su terraza interna es espectacular y el trato es muy bueno.
