We love Dr. Ross!!!! She and her entire staff, which are more like family, are always so welcoming and comforting when we come!! We could not be more pleased with the dental and ortho work she has done on and with our son! We have four more kids to go and we happily drive 3hours round trip just to be able to see Dr. Ross!!! We cannot thank you enough for the transformation happening and the self confidence that is growing with him!!! Braces may not always be fun, but A Better Smile sure makes it an amazing experience!!!! Thank you, a million times over!!!

i have never been to any place with such bad customer service. i was forced to go here as a kid when for some reason i had an appointment when i never even had this dentist and was to say the least, traumatized. i only went here twice but both horrible experiences. the workers are extremely bad with kids and i feel bad for their kids if they have any. i wish i remembered their names so i could expose them but there were several. all of my siblings and i left crying every time. i remember the last time i went i was around 11 or 12 and the dentists couldn't shut up about how nasty my teeth were. they said word for word, \why even get braces if you aren't going to take care of them\. left feeling pretty bad about my self that day. the worst part is everyone i know that has went there has had the same issues as me.:/
Great staff and great customer servic, my 7yr old enjoyed getting her teeth cleaned. They were very gentle and polite. She had a overall good experience.
Everyone who worked with us today are just angels and super heroes. I am very grateful to them!
