Britney is very helpful and very considerate of her attendants needsthey have been improving and spending a lot of money to help with the looks an issues with the drainage problems they have been having it's a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. it's very quiet and the residents there seemed really nice never had a problem with anyone at these apartments
These apartments are poorly managed. Brittany is never in the office or returns any phone calls. These are definitely not luxury apartments. A/C never cools properly despite them saying they fixed it. The grass is rarely mowed. The pool is the weekend party spot for all of Sand Springs. Bug infested and maintenance has keys to your apartment and enters anytime they wish. Alot of crime due to all the drug activity. They will post notes on your door saying you owe random fees, then you can't reach anyone to see what the fees are for.
Quiet secluded small town charm wonderful place to live and Britney is an awesome property manager
