AT&T STORE NEEDS AT&T EMPLOYEE WHO KNOWS HOW TO SOLVE AT&T PROBLEMS AS WELL AS GIVE CORRECT SALES INFORMATION AND BACK IT UP!!! Every trip they sound nice and are helpful but then when I walk out the door it is not how they said it would be. Then the process to fix it is out of there hands. They need someone who can do more than smile and take a payment or sell the product on faulty advertisement and not use the loyalty dept as a scape goat.

Everytime I come here they're under staffed. I have to wait atleast 20 minutes everytime. They dont seem to care that they have multiple people waiting. Not only am I waiting 20 minutes but the people who just walked in was helped before other people who have been waiting
