Consistently SLOW. The inside's not very clean. The staff is friendly enough. The food's good, but the staff seems to take its sweet time getting it to you. The drive thru is also consistently slow. If you're in a hurry, this is a bad choice.

It's a hot weekend in oklahoma and their air conditioner is not working. They claim they can't get it fixed because it's a holiday weekend! Really??? The service was better than usual.
A&W/Long John Silver's combo almost as good as Taco Bell/Pizza Hut/Texas Instruments/NASA. Greasy food obviously with slow service but you don't go to Long John Silver's for 5 star dining. It's an adventure. Will you get e coli or salmonella or both? The mystery is half the fun!
Very pleasant. The manager heather, went out of her way to make us feel welcome and our food came out fresh and hot. We will be back again. Fo sho!
Management at this LJS needs retraining on how to handle customers, food prep and ensuring that what is offered on the menu is ready for preparation. Went in to get a family meal , and they told me that they had sold the last one about 10 minutes ago , and haven't dropped anything yet , then asked if I was sure that's what I wanted. No one in the drive thru and 1 couple inside and they didn't have time....are you kidding me! When asked for clams as a side order they said they had to get some from the freezer and that would add another 10 minutes to my order, I was there 35 mintues. I will never again wait that long for any fast food, my husband and his service dog were in the car the whole time , thank god I left the car running and the A/C on. My advice is stay away from this particular LJS if stopping after work for dinner, for the family if you got time to burn say oh an hour then by all means stop by , if your not in a hurry ...you can bet your ass they damn sure aren't. feel really sorry for the crew who has to work here. this place needs to be reinvested in properly and managed more wisely or it will soon die like other business alongside it
The food is eatable barely and it is a lot better than the service
Haven't had the best of luck here, out of things, slow and so on.
