Great people but wish I could deposit checks without driving to the bank without cost like Spirit Bank will do for me especially since I am 71 years old retired and would rather not make a special trip.

Just opened my account here since moving from out of state.. now I wish I had not, and had gone anywhere else. After going through the entire process setting up accounts, online access, and then went to deposit my employers check, that's when it all went downhill. They are placing a 12 day hold of my pay checks until I have significant history with them.. which is actually more like a 16 day hold since they only count business days.. Guess the new customers are not that special to this bank, I wish they would have disclosed this huge inconvenience to me first... I would have gone to a credit union. This place is absolutely a joke, heed my warning and do not open an account here , save your time and go somewhere that actually cares about their customer's needs. This is not that bank.
Being friendly to the customers seems to be the first priority with BancFirst. They are very welcoming and know you by name!
