The owner Natalie does nothing but lie and the work place there is very unprofessional. They have people working there that are not trained properly and give false information. I had to contact corporate and had corporate tell me one thing and the manager at this store the same information then the owner, Natalie, called me and says they cant do it. I have had nothing but problems since switching carriers, guess that is what I get for signing up with them even after I witnessed cops being there over a boyfriend drama that accord at the store.
