Danny was supposed to call me back after the weekend for some possible changes to my policies with rate quotes. Monday or Tuesday will be 2 weeks and no phone call yet. I’ve had Allstate Insurance for about 25 years now. I feel as if I’m not the valued customer he let on me to be. It might be time to check to see if I need to move on to some other agent. I’ll give him a few more days before I ask him what his excuse is for not calling. That will determine if I keep my business there or not. This isn’t the first time I had some trouble with customer service.

Very friendly staff. Comfortable atmosphere. I’ve never had a bad experience at this place since I’ve joined Allstate. They’ve always been helpful and there have never been any surprises on my policy or bank account. If there is an issue, they call me before hand, which I love. And appreciate. I love this company.
