My son needed a car through his insurance due to an accident. The insurance allowed 35/day rated car. He had an Altima lined up, but changed to a Jeep with my son's approval for the same rate! Of course, my boy took the Jeep! They were fast, efficient, and very friendly. We were on our way in time that was much less than expected.
This is a great place to rent a car. Plus you can take a couple of minutes to look around at New Fords if you want. You will find the Enterprise office on the West side of Bob Hurley in the Service department. Albert Pagan the Branch Rental Manager and the other employees there are easy to work with and professional in the way they handles things. What are you waiting for? Rent yourself a new car!

They didn't have the car that we had on hold so they upgraded us to a way nicer vehicle.
First, the customer service rep was rude when I called to place my reservation. My experience picking up the car went well. No problems there. I picked up from the west side location located in Bob Hurley Ford. However, returning the vehicle was a hassle!! I had to return the car to the airport because the west side office was closed. I was very clear upon picking up the vehicle on Friday that I’ll need a transport home because my husband would be working. The manager at the west side assured me that would be fine. Well it wasn’t fine! The airport’s customer service is TRASH!! Something about an agreement with the airport being the reason why they can’t transport. I understand all of that but I feel since that was not explained to me that my ride home should have been honored! She goes on to say that there’s taxis and Uber drivers available! Mind you I picked Enterprise for that very reason! So I wouldn’t have to pay for a ride home! And to top that off they charged us a one way fee?! Why when it’s the same city, company just a different office due to no fault of our own only because our returning location is closed on Sundays! Had the end up calling my husband who had to leave work to come get me! Because of that experience, I doubt I’ll use Enterprise in the future!
It was tolerated. The car was filthy but the agent was really nice, knowledgeable.
