I do wish I could give zero stars. I drove all the way out there to pick up product, after calling immediately before I left to verify it was still available. I was told clearly they will not hold product as was my wife who located the product hours before and offered to pay for it over the phone and was rejected. I accept that statement, drove out there, and literally watched the employee take the product from a shelf and put it behind the counter. When I told them I was there to purchase that item I was informed that it was on hold. Both employee and manager fully and totally incompetent, unhelpful, and useless. I will never in my life set foot in or purchase another product from GameStop, especially this location.

Staff was helpful, as always. So far this store has always been reliable. The store managers I've met there were both great, including the current one. Pricing and trade values aside it's a great store.
Always a great experience when I go in here, they are staying sanitized by only accepting cards where some might say this is an inconvenience I say all stores should do this to help fight the pandemic
