I worked with Billy and was beyond pleased. I had thrown a brake pad, ruined a rotor and Billy got me in the same day, made the repair, and came in under the original quote. My repairs were made quickly and my wait time was minimal. I watched how other customers were treated that came through the store and each was treated with the same level or respect and professionalism. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend that you give Billy a call.

Oil was changed and check was done for front end/wheel concerns. My concerns was not founded but Billy inform me I could use a front end alignment as well as tires. He gave me a print out of the issues as well as the cost. If I purchased tires Billy informed me a front end alignment was a part of the service. Billy did recommend to purchase new tires prior to getting tires which would save me money. I was very appreciative of this advice and his assistance.

A lot of places will try to pressure you into something that they prefer not here! All the employees are kind and respectful. Had a flat in negative degree weather that morning. Once I got it sorted I called Billy at same day auto. He got the tires and financing ready to go for me. Very fast, friendly, and professional!!!!! While I was waiting on the install Billy even went and picked a customer when their car was ready. Poked his head in and let me know he’d be right back if I needed anything. Top notch service!!

Well It all started with me and a buddy changed some parts on my S10 that i keep for odd jobs. the car just replaced ball joints, tie rod ends, and tires. I am a mechanical engineer and a former CDL class A driver, and my buddy is a diesel mechanical for the US military stationed full time here in Tulsa. Well installed the parts and took it to Sand Springs not to far from work. had just an alignment done. the car sat and was driven periodically over 9 months it had accrued 1500 miles. i was noticing wear on the outside of the tire was more than the inside. these are factory tires at factory pressure too. i went back in for just a check of alignment and adjustment. I was told the alignment is only warrantied for 30 days. It would be impossible to see this kind of alignment after 30 days of driving and especially how i drive this vehicle. so they said they would check and pulled it in (hence the two stars and not one). They said a castle nut was loose on a connecting end of my tie rod, maybe it was maybe it wasnt but it would not have any effect on the camber of my steers. There was no alignment pads on the tires. They didnt check alignment. I didnt want to argue, said thanks and left. Tried to search for their alignment warranty information online and on the receipt, could not find any relating to it. Only Labor is warrantied for 18 months or 18,000 miles. Labor is all a alignment is. Either it needs to be clarified in writing or rectified. I called another shop to ask about the warranty and they said that alignments dont have one and told me hypothetical how i could hit a pot hole. I am not pleased with this whole situation. I will be taking my business else where, to auto repair shops that have warranties and honor them.
