Tulsa County Water District 14

We followed up on the reviews and found that some of the people that gave us reviews were never customers of Water District #14. We thank you so much for the good reviews, and to those that are present or past customers, if you would like to discuss a problem just give us a call, and to the customer that said it would be helpful if their was a place to pay online , you can pay online through pay station, or call us and we can take credit card payments over the phone. We do our best to work with people and we never try to be rude. This is not what, we are all about. We are here to serve the best interest of the people living in the District.

I have never had my water turned off in the 10 years I have lived in the area. I have always paid my bill and I was 12 days past due not months past due just 12 days and they shut my water off and charged me the 60.00 to turn it back on. This is a new voice on the phone I spoke with and she told me they were to lean with everyone and she's the new collection manager and everything going to change. Ok I accept that but I wasn't even 30 days behind. I wk out of town so if you want my bill paid on time please get an online site that wks where I can pay please. You want us to comply then make sure your meter reader actually reads our meters. Thank you rant over

Their rates are way to high, have a min payment of 45, so if you use 1 gallon or 999 gallons in a month, they charge you a min fee of 45 (first 1000 gallons cost you 45) Have a rent house and no renters in it, turned the water off at the meter for a month and got a bill for 45 plus fees that I had to pay. I used no water that month!! Meter read 216 two months in a row and changed for a product I didnt use, then next month meter read 219 (3000 gallons) and bill was 80 cause min charge of 45 (thats for 1st 1000 gallons is used or not and I had already paid for that 1000, the 216 reading the month before on min charge and was charged the 45 for that 216 reading again the next month, and then 15 per thousand after that pulse the fees that you can only opt out of in Jun of each year. NO ONE regulates these rural districts and they have a monopoly so can charge whatever they want. And then after I pay the 70 over the phone and get a receipt they turned the water off saying it wasn’t paid.

They are rude everytime me or my wife go in And they cut water off for no reason this is the second time it has happened and I never miss a payment
