Good river sands. Nice place to have test your SUV s off-roading capabilities.

Great place to ride. Kind of small, but still a nice little place to get out and enjoy your offroad equipment. Entertains a couple different riding styles. You have sand, mud, trails, and some mild hill climbing.
UPDATE (May 2021): White Water ORV area is currently closed due to a abutment erosion, guardrail, fencing, and parking lot by the US Army Corps of Engineers. I'm checking with them to find out the project timeline and when it might re-open. This is the first time I've been out to White Water since 2006. I noticed there is a lot more loose sand nowadays; maybe from the flooding in 2019. Paddle tires are highly recommended. If you've never been here with children, just use caution. It is safe for them to ride, you just need to keep an eye on them. Teach them to watch out for the bigger quads and side-by-sides that might not notice them (or someone not paying attention.) Whip flags would be a good idea just for safety.
Good access to the riverbank, off-road area looks interesting, was too dang hot to be fishing , the overlook above the lake, has a very clean latrine.
It's an amazing place for off reading and fishing below the damn!
One of my favorite places to catch striped and hybrid bass. Usually pretty clean and the restroom is nice. Great place to spend an afternoon fishing.
Fishin', 4x4in' or justa hike with the pets great place..
