Like many purchasing without at least siting is a vehicle is a concern. However please do not let that stop you purchasing from Rich at Sandal Auto's. He was completely transparent from the offset. Our part exchange value was a good price as was the vehicle that we purchased. Rich was extremely helpful and patient. All what he promised he delivered on - and more. The vehicle was delivered to our door by a great driver. The standard of preparation was excellent. The whole experience from start to finish was exceptional. First class car dealership. I've just purchased and taken delivery of an Audi TT from Sandal Auto. Initially felt slightly apprehensive about buying a car unseen. However, after initial contact with the garage any concerns were gone. An absolutely great experience from start to finish. They take a relaxed no pressure approach to sales and gave me lots of info, video of the car. Buying process was so easy and sales manager Richard was brilliant and always on hand to answer any questions. Faultless home delivery and collection of part ex vehicle. No hassle, stress or admin fees, and they gave me a really fair trade in price. I'm absolutely delighted with my new car and the level of customer service received. What a world class dealership, not often do you come across a showroom as nice as this, but more so, staff that actually care.
