The review although for the specific branch can include any Dis-Chem I have visited before. The service is top notch and they have a wide variety of goods on offer. The 5-star is for the call centre and pharmacy. I received a very friendly call from the call centre reminding me of my repeat script that I handed in and would I like for it to be filled and ready for collection. I was amazed at the level of service, I said yes and asked if I can collect at Whale Coast mall. It was not half an hour later and the brand phoned me and confirmed that the script and pick-up date /time. FANTASTIC! keep up the good work and you will have many loyal customers.

Impossible to make a clinic booking telephonically

Dischem Dispensary and Shop Hermanus is a problem. Never answer the phone. Especially problematic now when we are trying to keep out of the malls. Also when I tried to order surgical masks last week, was told to rather come in every day to check stocks and "shop" more. Obviously Dischem Hermanus puts sales above the health of the community.

dischem in hermanus cannot supply their account holders. spescare hermanus of whom i am a patient ordered stuff on monday...order still outstanding, it is friday. spescare ordered stuff on wednesday, apparently their incompetent driver first went to gansbaai before doing local deliveries. any business knows that you need to look after your permanent clients before giving lifts to your families or whatever the lame excuse will be of the driver. business before pleasure
