Sanderson is back to Mallory name over in N.W Portland if you have been a long term customer. (I don't know why or care) I went to check on Hi-Vis coat, pants, and gloves. You have to call a phone number for someone to come to the door to let you in. After waiting five minutes I left. While at the front door I could see two people twenty feet away. I don't know if they work for a different company or not so I left. I call the same phone number again to tell them that I can't wait any longer and no need to send someone to the front door! I always try to support local businesses whenever possible. In this case now I will be buy gear at Amazon and other online companies!

Sanderson Fire Protection was very professional! Took care of our restaurant Worlds End Public House in Long Beach very well! I had a great feeling from the beginning talking with Geoff about our kitchen. He was very good at responding and setting us up quickly! His guys that came out were super nice and knocked out all the work in one day. They even went above and beyond to wait for us to get through a propane issue to be able to test the system. I would recommend anyone to Sanderson and our company will stick with Sanderson for all our fire suppression business. Thank you very much!

I bought some shoes from them and I was told that I was able to try them out for a few days and if I didn't like them I was able to return them and get my money back! Few days go by an I decide I don't like them because they hurt my ankles. When I try to go return them, they say I can only exchange but I was told I was able to return them and get a full refund! I emailed the guy that sold me the shoes and I never got a response back from them. I absolutely don't like there boots and spend 180 bucks on them now I'm stuck with them for a year. So if you want to to be lied to and have your ankles hurt. Go ahead and use this company. I'm never going to buy shoes from them again and I will make sure to let all my friends know to never use you guys too!!
